Per Week Rate: Depends on Size of Unit. 30 & 50 Amp starts at $200.00 ( 2 days free at daily rate)
Per Night Rate: $40.00 for 30 & 50 Amp Hook Up.
Monthly Rates: * (Rates will depend on Number of slide-outs, size of unit, number of occupants, and seasonal temps.) Each lot is equipped with Both 30 & 50 Amp Hook-ups. Monthly Prices Start at $525.00 for full Hook-ups which includes water, sewer, trash & electric. ** (Bluff and Full River View Sites will depend on availability)
**Please note that Rates will also be adjusted during extreme weather conditions of heat or cold to allow for increase electrical usage.
